I have been observing that we behave with a person who is arrogant, strict, egoist very nicely whereas we take the person who is through gentleman, lenient, harmless, for granted. It applies at all level whether at home front, or friend circle or in the office.
When the boss is very strict, shrewd, good task master, we are very particular in responding to him. We attend office on time. We submit report on time. We report him each and every thing. But when the boss is otherwise who is lenient, harmless, we take all liberties like coming late to office, delay in submitting report etc. The same thing applies to friends also. We take some of the friends who are nice and sober for granted. Even while dealing with the public the same is applicable. The person who is trouble maker or fights on small issue etc are attended on priority. Such persons' choices are also taken care every time. But the other persons are squarely ignored. Is is not true?????????????
